LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
13728 East Front Street in Talkeetna, Alaska
You can drive and park in front of the cabin. Google Maps sometimes doesn't find it so please follow these directions. About 120 miles north of Anchorage and 75 miles north of Wasilla, Alaska. Once you are heading North on the Parks Highway from Wasilla, turn right at the Talkeetna Spur cutoff at Mile 99 just past the Cubby's Grocery Store (good place to stop for groceries as Talkeetna is 17 miles further and limited in groceries). As you drive into town, you'll drive past "the overlook" on the edge of town before driving down the hill, and then past the Latitude 62 restaurant on your right, take the first right (toward the state airport), then over the Railroad Tracks, take the first left onto "F Street"(you'll see the blue "Trailside Cabins" sign on the post. Travel about a 1/4 mile and you'll see the Swiss Alaska Inn on the left. Turn left just after their gravel parking lot onto Front Street. We are about 1800 ahead on the left.... the first of two brown cabins with a Trailside Cabins sign on the Cabins.
